So much of what you wrote resonates me. I think it's possible to love something -- this industry, the work -- and also walk away from it, but I do also have days when I think "maybe I want to go back?" And journalism IS a great cocktail party job. I like to think of all of this as seasons -- in this season, this industry is not serving me. Maybe someday down the road, it will.
