Hi Jyssica! I do get paid for my work for Medium and mindbodygreen. Medium’s magazines pay journalists for content, usually at about $1/ word (not through the partner program), and all of my pieces so far have been for Elemental. And mindbodygreen also hires paid writers to cover news (which is what I do), although that’s fairly rare. I found the opportunity on a job board a while back!
